Anju instructors are trained in Stott Pilates® and have additional training in therapeutic Pilates. Our extensive training enables us to use Pilates more effectively when working with clients who have pain or injuries.

About Stott Pilates®

This contemporary approach to Pilates was developed by Lindsay and Moira Merrithew over a 20-year period in collaboration with a team of physical therapists/physiotherapists, and sports medicine professionals. The result is a refinement of the original exercises, which takes into account the latest research in biomechanics, exercise science and spinal rehabilitation.
